July 2014 Lee County Florida Foreclosure Trends

Home permits stay strong in Lee County in July
Meanwhile, lenders filed 204 foreclosure lawsuits in the county in July, up from 187 in June but down sharply from the 362 filed in July 2013, according to a report released by the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association.
